The new rate paid to depositors for the current series of GIT Insured Money Market Accounts (designated as 'Series 13'), effective on the date hereof, is 2.570% per annum (APY 2.60%). This rate is subject to change at any time without notice. The previous series, designated Series 12 (which became effective on January 3, 2023) terminated after February 8, 2023. Henceforth, as of the date hereof, the current list of Institutions where depositors' funds may be held from time to time is posted at www.git-imma.com/banks. 'APY' means Annual Percentage Yield.

Interest will be calculated and accrued as 1/365th (1/366th during leap years) of a year's simple interest per day. Accumulated interest is credited to the account or paid by check or direct deposit on the last day of each month.
